As a resident of the Tampa Bay area for more than 35 years, Karrie has lived and worked in several areas including St. Petersburg, Palm Harbor, Oldsmar, Dunedin, Safety Harbor and currently in the Clearwater community. If you are new to the area she can help you find your way. She is a blessed mom of a daughter with 2 beautiful grandchildren, twins and an adorable white Havanese pup that you may see riding in the basket of her bike around town.

Karrie holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from the University of South Florida and she taught middle schoolers in Palm Harbor until the birth of her twins in 2006; she is very familiar with the school districts.

In 2022, she let go of her successful staffing firm which she built, managed and maintained successfully for 12 years to pursue her love of real estate. During that time she built relationships with affiliates at the Raymond James Stadium, Tampa Bay Rays, Amalie Arena, Yacht Starship and Tradewinds Resort to name a few. Her clients love and trust her to this day and they remain an important part of her life.

Coupled with a genuine love for the Tampa Bay area, its people and real estate, Karrie is very excited to help buyers and sellers unite to have a smooth transaction.
